Contract conditions

1. PETS NON ALLOWED!
Pets are not allowed.

2. SMOKING VORBIDDEN!
In the apartment smoking is prohibited.

3. MINIMUM STAY:
In the following periods the minimum stay is 3 nights:
8.-28.6.2024
8.9.2024 - 31.12.2024
In the following periods the minimum stay is 5 nights:
29.6.-7.9.2024
In some cases it is possible to rent shorter periods after a price agreement.

4. PRICE
The prices are per night and include all supplementary costs, but not the tourist tax (€ 1 per person per night). 
The apartment is completely furnished (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, American coffee machine, toaster) and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi Internet, heating, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. 

5. PAYMENT MODALITIES
Down payment: The reservation will be accepted with written confirmation. The 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer to:

The payment of the down payment implies automatically the acceptance of all conditions indicated in the present document.
Balance: The balance, together with the tourist tax, must be paid with bank transfer to the same bank account within 10 days befor check-in.

6. CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation the made payment (whether down payment or balance) will be retained as penalty. If the clients decide to leave earlier or arrive later than the reserved period, there will be no reimbursement or discount.

7. DELIVERY OF KEYS 
You will find the keys on the day of your arrival after 3 p.m. in the key box at the entrance to the apartment building, to the left of the entrance door, under the letterboxes (the opening code will be communicated in the week for the check-in only after receiving the necessary check-in personal data). The keys must be returned inside the same key box within 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please inform us in good time of your approximate time of arrival and departure.
For check-in you must present a valid identification document (identity card or passport). Since it is a self check-in and to make faster all bureaucratic procedures and to lose less time as possible on arrival, we offer the convenient online check-in procedure: we will send you a link with a form to fill in with your data (name and surname; date of birth, country and commune of birth; citizenship; country and commune of residence; type and number of document; country and commune of issue of the document).

8. DUTY OF DUE DILIGENCE 
The clients must treat the rented apartment and the furnitures with care. We are aware that it may happen that you unintentionally damage something, but please inform us immediately, so that we can intervene to ensure a good stay for subsequent guests. Any damage caused will have to be paid by the client who made the reservation. 
Please keep all rooms clean and tidy and turn off air conditioners when you are away from your apartment and above all should not be used with open windows.
Do not throw objects other than toilet paper into the toilet.
On the day of departure please tidy up the kitchen, including dishes, plates, cutlery, etc.
Rubbish collection is compulsory and waste must be deposited at the entrance of the apartment building according to the following schedule:
Monday (before 7 a.m.): Paper (pink sack) - Plastic and cans (yellow sack) - Bio-waste (brown pail with Bio sack) - Undifferentiated (white sack from Conser VCO)
Thursday (before 7 a.m.): Bio-waste (brown pail with Bio Sack).
Glass must be deposited in the green containers around the city (one is located in the parking space below the apartment building).
Please do not leave any rubbish in the flat after your departure. At check-out waste must be deposited in the bins at "Il Lido" in Cannero Riviera, Viale dei Tigli, close to the beach and the camping place.

9. RULES OF CONDUCT
Behaviour and activities that can cause disturbance to the neighbours must be avoided at all times in the apartment. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of minors in their care.
Guests are not allowed to let other people inside the flat.
